Our compliance to the ISO 9001 international quality standard has given us the necessary tools to track measure and implement successful strategies and processes to ensure our customers are getting the service they deserve. In 2013 Innovation continued to adapt, develop and implement the first dedicated Quality Control software for our field operations team with a great tech partner. This will ensure the highest quality provided to our customers and partners.
Innovation’s commitment to the reduction of our carbon footprint on our planet has led us to the implementation of all eco friendly products such as biodegradable garbage and recycling bags, LEED certified cleaning agents, and ECO series equipment throughout our entire platform. Sustainability is a major part of our KPI’s.
We understand the sensitivity of taking on a new contract/building and we do everything possible to ensure the transition has as small an impact as possible on your facility, tenants, and building staff. We will incorporate existing policies, procedures, special cleaning, production rates, periodical cleaning etc. as set out by the management/owners.
When starting at a site there are many steps that need to be completed in order to get the building up to Innovation standards. These steps include effectively communicating and coordinating, conducting a needs assessment, becoming familiar with the site, assessing and addressing health, safety and environmental considerations, buying appropriate supplies, buying necessary equipment, identifying areas of immediate need, minimizing learning curve, and meeting the inherited staff members.
We have had monumental success when transitioning into a new facility because we are open to all levels of communication and will adopt existing principles and specifications to ensure the process is painless for both tenants and management.
